Alexa Oliveri

Graduate of The University of Rhode Island, Cum Laude.  Received Honorary recognition for Academic Excellence within the Public Relations/Communications Department. 

Alexa began her career with Simon Property Group as an Assistant Marketing Director for a luxury retail mall, The Westchester, located 35 mins outside of New York City.

She was promoted to Director of Marketing & Business Development for a community retail real estate property in upper Westchester, NY;  after 1.5 years in the industry. 

Alexa was deemed a Regional trainer to onboard new Director of Marketing & Business Development leaders across the Eastern sea board.

In 2016, 914 INC/ Westchester Magazine awarded Alexa the "30 Under 30" Wunderkinds award for business leaders.

After a short-time, she was promoted as General Manager, where she led a direct team of 7, was responsible for managing over 90 large and small businesses, formed and sustained relationships with local government, businesses and community entities. 

In 2020, Alexa became a key member of the company's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She was a primary visionary & executor behind the internal podcast called “Continuing the Conversation” and other internal inclusion projects.  

She was recognized as Top Ten General Manager in the company based on her revenue driving, leadership, event execution and leasing initiatives.

Throughout this time, Alexa also solidified her own life coaching business after she graduated from a nationally accredited life & business coaching school, CoachU and spent her personal life immersing herself in yoga, holistic wisdom and other modalities of wellness.

She decided to leave corporate America in Fall of 2021, as she knew she was destined to own and operate her own company which focuses on bringing all of her life and work experiences together - to help Mamas & their companies achieve wellness, wealth, purpose, happiness and overall success for themselves, their team members & family. 

Most importantly, Alexa is responsible for loving and growing the future generation through the development of her children. This is where her most humbling work and wisdom derive. She is so passionate about demonstrating to her girls that a Mom can be loving and present and still work towards her passions in the world.
