About the Location
The retreat takes place in Alexa’s home in Redding, CT. The retreat space is serene. When you arrive, you will be surrounded by nature, a farm & greenery. The space itself is blessed prior to your arrival. The room is filled with hues of gold & green - all elements of the heart chakra. This is purposefully curated with you in mind & heart. There will be soft candle-light and music tones playing. You will be served with light bites & refreshments to supply nutrients & fuel for your session and day ahead.
Redding is approximately 1 hour north of NYC and close to local Metro - North Transportation.
